I sold a house with Cobbles having used them to let the property for a couple of years. Eugene and Katrina have always been more than helpful - with the letting always sorting out any problems or having solutions before I got hear about them and with the sale, keeping me up to date and making sure the sale progressed swiftly. When the buyers offer was accepted we agreed a completion date and that was the one we got. Highly recommended.
