Cobbles Guildford have been great to work with. Finding a house has been really smooth and easy, every time we have met with their team they have taken a genuine interest in us and have been very responsive at pushing things forward and helping us find the house we wanted.

We ended up using Cobbles for the sale and the purchase of our next home. We chose them them as we would always prefer to use a smaller independent / family run business as in experience the quality of service and attention should be better and this was the case. Good communication around both the sales and the purchase was comforting in what could be a stressful time and I don't believe we'd have secured our current home had it not been for James and Eugene.

From very first contact, I have found Cobbles to be highly professional and they have managed the whole process of my house sale in a very efficient manner. In particular they appointed and managed a number of contractors who were needed to do significant garden and house contents clearance and cleaners. This was all handled very effectively and this has been especially appreciated as it made the whole process smoother and so much easier for me.

I interviewed several prospective Estate agents when the time came to sell my house. Cobbles sales pitch seemed to good to be true. They said they were different from other agents and I wasn't sure they would live up to the claims they made about constant communication, friendly service and helpful advice. I am happy to report that they lived up to every aspect of their initial sales pitch and went far over any expectations I had. They were so helpful all through the entire process even when our chain stalled above us they were on hand to lend help and keep things moving. When it comes time to move again Cobbles will be my first and only call. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
